What's with the Agile LP's?

I'm confused... what happened to the Agile Lp's at Rondo? The lower cutaways are fugly. Did gibson sue them or something?

which brings up another question... why are there so many exact strat, tele, precision and jazz knock off's, but so few accurate Gibson copies?

I think yeah.. Gibson was going to sue them if they didnt change the head stock design.

Thats what I remember from reading about it a while back. Not sure if they did sue or not... or was just a starting warning.
