where are the magnets in a dual rail pup?

are those two rails magnetic or are they just two pieces of steel? and where and how are the magnets fixed in that small space?
a diagram maybe?

The magnets are UNDER the pup...Just as they are in most pickups that I have encoutered...

Some rail pickups use magnets for the rails, most use a bar magnet mounted under the coils like a normal bucker with 2 metal baldes or rails
