Which bridge: hardtail or wraparound?

Hi all
Long time no speak, but really needed you guys' advice.
I am having a guitar custom made for me. It is a 25.5" bolt-on, with Warmoth maple neck, Korina body, and two humbuckers (59s) and a single coil.

The last thing I need to decide on is the bridge, and I just cannot decide between a fender-style hardtail bridge and a PRS-style wraparound.
The two options i am considering are a Hipshot fixed bridge:

and a Sung-iL wraparound:

I tend to find hardtail bridges like the Hipshot more comfortable, and I know that from an intonation point of view it would be far more adjustable.
On the other hand, I am told that the wraparound will offer better sustain (which is important to me), and also the intonation on these bridges is absolutely fine if you are using standard gauge strings (which is the case).

Any experience/advice would be welcome.

Thanks
Zak

I've owned and played wraparounds in the past and didn't find any difference in sustain. They're an overall pain to work with. Not a fan, but you do what works for you.

Hi Jay.
In what way are they a pain? Is it the lack of accurate intonation?

Agreed. The intonation is already set up on it, but if the bridge isn't in the perfect spot, you'd be stuck with a guitar with bad intonation.

I love the wraparound I have. I have 2 Fender trems, one Fender hardtail, a Tune-O-Matic, and a PRS wraparound, and the wraparound is hands down the best tailpiece, as far as resonance, sustain, vibration, connectedness, feel while palm muting, etc.
