Which EQ should I choose?

1. Behringer DEQ 2496

2. STK HVQ-231

personally i find that 31 bands can be quite invasive in sound and more of a pain than their worth. they're useful for professional audio (sound syetems, auditoriums, etc..)

if your dead set on 31 though i've heard good things about DBX

Do you mean that it can be difficult to get nice sounds with that many bands?

that and with that many bands it tends to produce A LOT of noise if not used correctly..

Get something simple, it is what usually works best in the long run.
