Which Tubes for Traynor YCS50?

Hi All!

I just got a Traynor YCS50:

Its a semi-open back 15/50 watt combo with a 12" Vintage 30.

It comes with matched 5881 tubes and three 12AX7A tubes. I've heard about improved tone from replacing the stock Sovtek tubes. What would you recommend for 5881/6L6 replacements?

I play alternative rock. Mellow to aggressive... but no metal. Radiohead, Live, U2 Third Eye Blind with a little blues thrown in there on occasion. I'd like like it to be versatile: Balanced with great fenderish cleans and big overdrive!

I'm leaning toward combining Tung Sol and JJ tubes for the preamp and JJ or the SED 6L6 for the power section.

Going by Radioshack to pickup a multimeter to re-bias the amp after installation.

Thanks for any advice!
