The previous owner cut away some of the padding at the heel end of the Explorer case to fit the Destroyer. As a result, the lining is all messed up. I guess the important thing is that the guitar fits inside, doesn't knock around, and has some basic protection.

Hmmm, mine won't even go in the box with the neck in the support. I wonder if the DT150 was bigger than a normal destroyer.

I refuse to use one of those coffin cases, but that might be about the only thing that will fit.

Yeah, I store in hard cases but when I go somewhere I use that Kases thing that is soft outside, has zippers and rigid foam inside.
