He specializes in the odd colored stuff and has an insane inventory. He has told me a couple times that he sells a lot more DiMarzio than Duncan when I've been in the shop.

I was actually going to ask if it's possible to just buy some boxes for pickups? Just the single pickup boxes is all I'd need. Doesn't even matter what model the paper insert has on it.

My go to on ebay. He has great Customer Service and stocks some floor custom stuff like for example cream black Sentient neck pickups. Lost count how many both Duncans and Dimrazios bought from them over the years now.

Basically, I look at the whole world as raw material for me to make (or remake) something new.....

I've also bought more DiMarzio stuff from him, but a few things Duncan. The inventory and colors are indeed insane.

You're welcome. He's the only guy I could remember who has an amazing amount of Duncan and DiMarzio stuff.

Yeah, those quantities might be a bit prohibitive, Mr. King. LOL.


I only need to buy 10-12 boxes, nothing huge. Maybe I'll check the container store to see if they have any correct size boxes for about $25/each. In reality, I'll just email banjomikez and see what he knows. If that fails, I'll just ask MJ. She always gets right back to me, I just usually try not to bother her.

The shop walls are absolutely covered with pickups sorted by brand and model. He gave up on everything other than pickups a few years back, but I remember going in when he still had other gear, too.

FWIW I bought a plastic toolbox that has dividers to store and organize my pickups that lack a proper box.
