Who made this pedal?

I was out hitting the pawn shops today and the only thing I ran across was a Lyon by Washburn Distortion pedal for 5 bucks. It is built alot like a boss pedal as far as the exterior goes with the exception of the back being more curved than square like a boss. It has 4 controls Level, Low, High, and Gain.

Any idea who made these pedals and are they any good?

I been playing it for the last few hours, talk about a GEM! It does so much more than my Wylde OD and sounds so much smoother. Massive distorion through my clean channel thats smooth and creamy sounding like a Big Muff but with more distortion (with the gain up). With the gain knob about halfway it get the 80's metal sound dead on, and best of all no noise like my Wylde OD.

I'm really surprised at how it sounds being that Lyon was a cheap knock-off for Washburn. I don't know too much about electronics, so it may be cheap junky parts in the guts. I hope it doesn't crap out on me any time soon.

Would if I had a digi. I may get a freind of mine to take some pics and post em for me.

Ona side note, I was told that it was made by Boss for Washburn, but it sounds so much better and more versatile than all the other Boss distortions I have tried.
