Who makes full body carbon/graphite super light weight guitars???

Moses Carbon Graphite seems to focus almost exclusively on guitar necks.
What company or companies make complete guitars with light weight material as alternatives to wood (Carbon/Graphite, etc)?

Parker uses carbon fiber to help make their guitars ridiculously light.
