why cant i figure out the phrasing(?) for this solo?

i don't know if "phrasing" is the right word
the solo in question is in Good Times Bad Times by Led Zepellin
and its the 2nd part after the chorus

here's my problem:
i pretty sure i have all the right notes (done some research)
i can play the passage fast enough
i just don't know where and how to place the accents

i listen to that part over and over again, and i try to play it a little slowly but it just comes out wrong. it seems like it should be so simple to just change up the syncopation.

this has me very perplexed

its so funny, now that i've figured it out, i don't understand how i COULDN'T figure out the phrasing in the first place.
