Wich pickup to get the best single coil bridge tone out of a HSS guitar?

So this year I am planing on getting a custom pickguard to turn my HSS Strat with a Floyd Rose into a SSS. As most of you know the slanted bridge won't fit because of the extra wood there to hold the FR.

So I was wondering if maybe I can keep it HSS pickugard and still get a good single coil bridge tone. So I will be having SSL-1 in neck/middle and was hoping to have a SSL-5 or STK-S6 but I know the other alternatives will not sound like that, anyway let me know about this options in the bridge position.

1.- Phat Cat. Not a strat single coil but it is a single coil would it be too strong or too fat?
2.- StagMag. This may be in theory the best sounding split HB but is it really gonna match the SSL-1s? Does it sound like an SSL-1 or how would you describe it?
3.- Screamin Demon split. Great HB and people claim it is a great split single coil. Do you thin it really matches with SSL-1?
4.- PRail split, the rail coil. Not heard much about this one really. Ain't it too weak? It seems to me people use it much more for the notch stratty quack rather than stand alone single coil sound.

Ok so please let me know what you think of these.

Demon is a little anemic to me when split with the normal magnet but sounds amazing split when using an A8.

I have a Prail S & Prail set up on my 87 strat and I love it I get single coil and Humbucker and my fav P-90 out of this combo and Sweet Tone !!!

You might want to go with a P-Rail, in case you get the urge for some dirty humbucker tones every once in a while.

The Stag Mag or the 59/Custom Hybrid are the 2 pickups that have a great split sound. The Stag Mag sounds closer to the SSL-1, at the expense of the full humbucker sound. The Hybrid is a good compromise, and the split Custom coil sounds really good with SSL-1s.

HSS Strat with a Floyd? Why a JB with coil split of course!

My last set with fender strat floyd rose sounds better than my fender strat ultra with lace sensors from 90´s

neck: yjm fury
mid: ssl-1
bridge: tb-11 + tbx

Which has same slug coil as the 59/Custom as suggested by mincer. Any sound sample?

Any sound sample of the 59/Custom Hybrid in split?

I am a fan of the Phat Cat in the neck–haven't tried the bridge one but I think it would be something to consider.

I love the Screamin Demon as a humbucker but not a fan of splitting.

PRails seems to be an awesome suggestion here–lots of versatility!

Any sound sample of the 59/Custom Hybrid in split?

It would be the same as the Custom split, as the Hybrid normally splits to the Custom coil.

Which square wheel rolls the smoothest? This thread in a nutshell.

I realize that a split humbucker, at its best, can sound maybe 80% of a single coil. But for many people, that is all they need. It works for me in my guitars.
