I suppose you were assuming the answer would be no? I learned music on a 1977 one, and I have owned it since 1987. It is a fine instrument, but ugly as sin. And I don't particularly like White Falcons. But come on! This is about looks and vibe, and the guitars that are beating it are hideous and have a "distinct ass-metal vibe," as someone in a thread some time ago stated.

You don't get it. You are sounding like some PC policeman. What do you think these polls are about anyhow? If we cannot have some fun loudly stating our opinions, what fun are they? Plenty of people have stated their dislike for "classic" guitars, and I don't bother them about it. Because it is fun, not SERIOUS, as you are making it out to be. Talking **** in jest just to have some fun is a lot different than actually violently arguing an opinion as fact. Do you think I honestly don't think that the Schecter and MM are fine guitars, or that people use them for music other than metal? Come on now. Lighten up! As if "smoking crack" was not a tip off that I was being facetious...

But the majority of the members here do smoke crack. We have some awesome parties. The only down side is that whoever hosts the party always gets all of their stuff stolen.
