Wiring a 5way selector?

Hi, have 2-4wire humbuckers. A 5way selector. 1volume and 2tones. I have not found a good wiring diagram for this set-up! Any help would be appreciated! Trying to split north and south halfs of each humbucker to work on position 2 and 4 of the 5 way selector.

That is because there is none.

If you had a twenty four contact Superswitch, it would be a different matter.
