Wiring Active HSH Dragonfire Pickups

Hello Guys, I ordered and received my HSH active set to upgrade an aliexpress guitar and can't wait to install and try them. Unfortunately I don't have any experience in electronics, and the diagram they sent me is for a 3*Single coiled active set. May anyone help me on how to wire this up ( have not found anything online ) knowing that I'd like 1 volume and 1 tone, coupled with a 5 way switch. Thanks very much to whoever could help me :)

A 3 pickup guitar whether s/s/s or h/s/h would be wired the same way. Show us the schematic.

Re: Wiring Active HSH Dragonfire Pickups

There's nothing to change with that diagram for a H/S/H configuration since there's no coil-splitting or anything else going on. Basically it's the same as the s/s/s diagram because the pickups are three conductor power/positive signal/ground. Like the diagram says you will need a stereo jack and to make sure you have the right wires going to the right terminals. The stereo jack acts as an on/off switch for the preamp to save the battery when not plugged in. The sleeve of a mono cable completes the circuit which powers the preamp. Otherwise if you leave the guitar plugged in the preamp will drain the battery. You can even mount the batteries in a phantom power box outside the guitar if you need to but we can cross that bridge if you get there.
