Wiring advice

Hi, I am trying to set up an HH Strat. I have 2 Pearly Gates and a 500K Liberator. I'm thinking a 3 way switch and 2 tone controls or should I go with one tone on the neck and a dummy for the bridge (My pickguard has the standard 3 knob layout) Is there a standard orientation for the Liberator or just a best fit? Also, I noticed that the printing on the diagram is upside down to the print on the Liberator. I would appreciate any input, advice etc.

Re: Wiring advice

You can have it anyway you want...
one vol, one tone (with a dummy);
one vol, two tones;
two vol, one tone.

Check out the wiring diagrams in the support section on the Seymour Duncan website.

Re: Wiring advice

Doc and Convoys, thanks for help. I didn't see an exact diagram for the Liberator but I think I can combine a couple into one. I have the pickup conductors wired into the top of the Liberator so would I still solder the red and white coming off the bottom?

Re: Wiring advice

So I hooked it up with a 3 way, a Liberator, 2 tones using a combination of the Liberator and 2H, 1Vol 2Tone schematics and it sounds great. It's in a Maple neck 89 American Standard Strat with a Floyd and a Floyd Upgrades Brass L Block. I replaced a Lil' 59 neck, Hot Rails middle and a Duncan Designed Invader type Bridge,(now residing in a 96 Maple neck MIM Strat). The difference is amazing...I'm glad I did it. Thanks for the help!
