Wiring diagram for JB (4 conductor) + 59 (2 conductor)?

I just bought a brand new 59 neck and a used JBJ for my import Hamer. My question is, do I just follow the standard "2 humbucker, 2 volume, 1 tone, 3-way switch" diagram and solder 2 of the JB wires together?
Or is there a different configuration for the 2 conductor and 4 conductor pickups?

Only if you want to split the JB, otherwise you got it.
