Wiring diagram needed

Hi. I`m building an acoustic electric guitar(Taylor T5 is the inspiration) witch combine magnetic pickups and piezo pickup (I`m thinking dtar wave length UST or some similar). I`m planing to use a 5 way switch and just one output jack, and a tone and a volume pots.. I need wiring diagrams for this project. I do appreciate if some one can help. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum!
Is the tone knob just for the magnetic pickups? And is the jack a mix of the 2 signals? Is there a piezo/mix/magnetic switch?
 
Sorry for the delay. I have a separated volume and tone pots for the magnetic pickup and piezo. and yes, I want to use just one jack for both pickups with a piezo/mix/magnetic switch. Thank you
