Wiring diagram/suggestions needed

First, let me say I have no problem admitting guitar wiring (outside of basic soldering) is not my strong point. I'm working on a project right now that has 3 hot rails mini humbuckers in a strat type configuration. I've found a few diagrams out there, but none really show what I want to do. What I'm really looking to do is use the 5-way super switch but still be able to coil tap/split coil the bridge and neck positions. I want to accomplish this with a maximum of 2 pots, preferably just 1 pot. Yes, just my preference is just one pot - I rarely if ever roll down the tone pot. More pots = more holes I have to drill in the top of the guitar.


Right now, my options switching are as follows:

5-way super switch positions, no coil tap pots:
(5) Neck humbucker
(4) Neck humbucker + split top coil of middle
(3) Middle Humbucker
(2) Bridge Humbucker + split bottom coil of middle
(1) Bridge Humbucker

Regular 5-way switch + either push/push or push/pull volume pot
(5) Neck +/- coil
(4)Neck + Middle +/- coils on each
(3) Middle +/- coil
(2) Bridge + Middle +/- coils
(1) Bridge +/- coil

What I'm looking for:
5-way super switch + push/push or push/pull volume pot (I'll add a push/push or push/pull tone pot if necessary)
(5) Neck Humbucker +/- coil
(4) Neck Humbucker +/- coil + split top coil of middle
(3) Middle Humbucker +/- coil
(2) Bridge Humbucker +/- coil + split bottom coil of middle
(1) Bridge Humbucker +/- coil
