Wiring diagram wanted

Does anyone have a Strat diagram for the following:
Position 1: Neck
Position 2: Neck and Bridge
Position 3: Middle
Position 4: Middle and Bridge
Position 5: Bridge
All help welcome :)

With a standard 5-way you'll have to swap the middle and bridge, otherwise you'll need a Fender 5-way Super Switch or something comparable.
