Hi! I have bought me three new pickups. One seymour dunca sh-13 for the position of the bridge, one stk-s4 for the middle position and a little ' 59 for the position of the neck. I would like to know which is the wiring diagrams that i should use for the installation of the pickups, thanks and sorry for my english (i´m spanish)

Re: wiring diagrams

Welcome to the forum. You need to use parts of two different diagrams, but don't worry, its still pretty simple.

Use this diagram for the neck and bridge:

3lh_1v_2t_5w.html . . . but ignore the middle pickup.

Use this diagram for the middle only:

3stks4_1v_2t_5w.html

Except for the color of the wiring, those two diagrams are basically the same. In the first one, don't worry about the bridge looking like a single. The wire colors are the same.

Let us know if you still have questions or don't understand that. :)

Re: wiring diagrams

Thanks, I Am Going To Try To Do It Since(as,like) You Have Said To Me To See If There Goes Out Right, thanks

Re: wiring diagrams

I have welded the cables as the graphs indicate, but the first position and the last position of the selector of pickup does not work, do not be what can happen(pass)

Re: wiring diagrams

Hmmm . . . you've probably been bitten by the fact that they don't standardize guitar switches. Look at the red arrow in switch "A" and switch "D". Notice that the two switches look almost the same, but the "common" terminal is on opposite ends. Switch "D" is the American made switch, and thats what Duncan diagrams use. You probably have the import version. (A)

You'll need to transpose, or reverse the wires end-to-end.

Re: wiring diagrams

Welcome to the forum Bending. Your written English is impressive. I can understand that it frustrates you, but don't be too hard on yourself.

What guitar(s) and amplifier(s) do you have?
What type of music do you like to play?

Enjoy the forum.

You are a saint ArtieToo.
Where do you get all these great pics and helpful diagrams?

Regards

Dave

Thanks Dave. If they're diagrams, I draw them. If they're photo's, I use web images or take my own. Just depends on the item.

Re: wiring diagrams

Thank you very much. The switch that I have is "B". I am going to weld it as you said to me and thank you again

Re: wiring diagrams
