Wiring for 5 way 4 pole super switch and three humbuckers

Hi,

I have been scouring the Internet for an appropriate wiring diagram.

I have a 2002 Jackson Soloist HSS but the singles are SD humbuckers. I am switching out the bridge pickup. The pickups will be (all SD) Parallel Axis distortion, Hot Rails, Cool Rails.

There is one volume and one tone.

The desired wiring is...

1. Bridge series
2. Bridge parallel
3. Middle
4. Neck parallel
5. Neck series

Is there a diagram available for this configuration?
