Wiring help: 5 wire to 2 wire pickup Schecter C-1 Classic

Hey guys, I recently bought a Schecter C-1 Classic for cheap that someone had tried to replace the pickups in but they appear to have failed. When I got it the pickups had awful output and sounded as if the volume on the guitar was just barely rolled on. The wiring looked awful so I essentially took it all out to check the components individually and they all work fine. Trying to put it back together correctly, however, has been difficult. Currently I'm not getting any signal to the amp, and have included a wiring diagram of what I'm currently doing. The guitar is set up for 2 volume but I'm running through just one to make sure things check out. Secondly I'm not sure what kind of pickups are in this, there doesn't appear to be any serial numbers or markings, which I'd really like to know if anyone can tell. Neck output is about 6.9 and bridge is 11.1. If you guys have any input I'd really appreciate it.

Welcome to the forum!

If you wire each pickup to the jack directly, do they work? Are these 2 wire or 4 wire pickups (I can't see)? If anything, I bet the wiring on the switch may be weird- some of those import in-line switches never work the way I expect them to. You may hve to verify which tabs do what on the switch, or start over with a better one.

Hey Mincer, thanks for the reply. I just tried to wire them straight to the jack and they do work which is a bit of a relief. These are 2 wire pickups, the signal wired straight to the switch and grounded on the volume pot. The paper with the dots is the switch wiring and where the lines are connected are the open circuit when the switch is in that position. The switch has 0 resistance so it should be okay, both pots have 0 - 500k resistance as well so it would appear that all the electronics are okay but I'll admit I don't know much about wiring.

Hmm...have you verified the switch is working the way your diagram is saying it does?
