Wiring help needed (CTS SPST push/pulls)

I need to wire pickups in a Les Paul with some pots that I could use a little help with. They're CTS 500k SPST, like the ones Gibson used on the Trad Pros, Sig T... for splitting. They look like this, but with the long, splined shaft:

Here's the typical wiring for the Gibsons who used it:

Looks like (with Gibson pickup code colors), North Start (RED, hot) goes to the usual spot, South Start (BLACK) and the bare wire go to one of the tabs on the back of the pot (the one with connected to the bent third tab of the pot) and North Finish (WHITE) and South Finish (GREEN) go to the other one. This accomplishes full humbucker in normal position and split to (I think) the screw coil when up.

Now, I have two DiMarzio 36th Ann PAFs that I want to hook up to these pots. But I'd like the following:

1) I'd like the neck pickup to split into the screw coil and the bridge into the slug coil
2) I'd like both pickups to be permanently out of phase in the middle position

Is it possible? I can't even begin to start imagining how should I wire it (I've only worked with single conductors so far)

Here's the color code guide for DiMarzio in case you need it

Thanks!!

Re: Wiring help needed (CTS SPST push/pulls)

I think I've figured out how to choose which coil to split, I just need to adapt this schematic to the 36th Ann. color coding and my pots:

But still, wiring one of the PUs to split to the screw coil and the other to the slug coil would give me the two pickups in phase in the middle position, right? How do I put them out of phase without changing anything else? Would that be as easy as swapping hot and gound on one of the pickups (I'd rather not unsolder the covers to flip the magnet). Thanks!
