Wiring help needed: Lil59 in Tele bridge with split

Hey guys.

I'm in the process of installing a Lil59 in the bridge of my friends Tele and was wondering if anyone could offer some advice?

My friend wants the Lil 59 in the bridge to split when he pulls his tone control out, how would I wire this?

Also, he has a Fender Texas Special in the neck of his Tele, will I have to worry about phasing problems?

Is there anything else I should be aware of?

I've changed pickups in Les Pauls and Strats before, but this is my 1st Telecaster

Hey Brow; Splitting a Lil 59 is no different than any humbucker. Just use this basic idea: http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/schematics/hum_vol_tone-w-coil_split.html

As for mixing with the Fender, I believe that they tend to be reverse phase from Duncans. Just reverse the wires on the neck.

Hi Artie, thanx for your reply.

Do the Green and bare wires just get soldered to ground as normal, or do they get grounded to the switch?

Is there anything else I should watch out for while installing this pickup, or any other tips you could give me?
