I have a build that has HH 2V/2T and I am using a oakgrigsby 5 way super switch any help at all would be appreciated. This build already has all cavities routed and is not able to use a togle switch.
Yeah, I would think that to get hum cancelling, one would have to flip a magnet and make it rw/rp. I just remembered that's what I did (it was awhile ago).
So turning around the neck pickup would put the slug and north on the outside with the screw and south of the bridge. And the full humbuckers would remain in phase with each other because wind and polarity are being flipped at once. So then you'd have to switch the wiring to split to the slug coil on the neck. Hmm. I sometimes forget that these same issues have usually been covered in the forum years back.
