Wiring Help Needed

Maybe you can help... I've scoured the wiring diagrams on the SD site and there just isn't anything for what I am specifically wanting to do. I've sketched something up and before I wire it up, I would like some help to know if everything looks like it will work. The plan is to do a custom strat-style guitar with a Vintage P90 in the neck, a JB Humbucker in the bridge, and coil split the humbucker with a push/pull tone pot. It's hard to believe there isn't a diagram out there anywhere, but if there is, I haven't been able to find it.

Any help is appreciated!

Re: Wiring Help Needed

So for a strat style, are you wanting Vol-Tone-Tone? Or Vol-Vol-Tone? Or Vol-Tone?

Here are a few that should work (just ignore the red/white from neck hum as the p90 won't have them):

Does this help you out?

Re: Wiring Help Needed

Thanks, that is helpful. I don't know if you saw the attachment in my original post, but I think the wiring layouts are similar.

I do have a second question about pot and cap values. In my drawing I went with a 250k tone pot and a .022 capacitor. I was concerned about the P90 being too bright with at 500k pot and .047 cap. What would you recommend?

The attachment from your first post was un-viewable.. I would still go with 500k pots and I find I prefer a 0.022uF cap in that setup.. YMMV
