wiring help required

Please can someone help me with this.
I have a (very nicely reliced) Epiphone Les Paul. Not sure of the model, but it has the push/pull tone controls fitted (plus top pro?)
I also have a SD Slash pro neck pick-up (2 conductor/braided wire) and a SD Pearly Gates bridge pick-up (4 conductor)
I want to wire them so that the bridge tone pot gives both pick-ups together "in phase" when down and both pick-ups "out of phase" with each other when up, and the neck tone pot gives both pick-ups together in parallel when down, and both together in series when up.
I would be very grateful if someone could give me a simple diagram for this showing the entire layout as I am not too smart on the switching/earthing etc.
I have previously done similar projects from diagrams, including a couple of Jimmy Page wiring mods, so I can follow diagrams, and I'm ok with the soldering.

Hi seang1164, and welcome to the forum!

I can probably help you out with a diagram, but which pickup is going where? I see that you have two different neck pickups but you did not specify which one was going to be in the bridge position.

Hi there, and thanks for getting back to me.
My mistake, the Pearly Gates is actually a bridge pick-up. I obviously didn't check my post properly.... Slash p/up in the neck.

Just trying to find my way through this site (1st time user), and couldn't find your reply anywhere..... (have looked a few times already today), and now I see it's been there since 11.15am (New Zealand time)..... so sorry for not acknowledging it sooner.
This looks to be EXACTLY what I was after, hell, I think I can actually "read" it enough to follow the logic. As it's now getting into the evening, and I'm a bit of a slow worker with a soldering iron I will have to wait til tomorrow to begin the assault. Give me a bit of time to get my head around too.
Once again I would like to thank you for your efforts, and for taking the time to help a stranger, it truly is hugely appreciated.... I am in your debt.

It was no trouble whatsoever... glad to be of assistance.

I’m also glad to hear you say that you’re able to “read the logic.” I take the time to color-code the wiring specifically for that purpose... so it’s good to hear that it’s working for someone!

Hi Brian,
Firstly apologies for the delay. I am very new to this site, and I think I may have stuffed up somewhere, as I replied last week but cannot find any trace of the message I sent you. I had problems finding your reply at first, and I think I must be missing something with this site's system. Anyway....
Having had a bit of an issue with the removal of the original wiring, and a couple of broken (over-reliced) screws that slowed me down, I finally got round to the wiring on Sunday, but when I tried it out I could not get a signal. So yesterday I checked the wiring again.... all ok... only to find that both the volume pot shafts had worked loose from their case mountings, what a weird design that is. I've managed to twiddle them a bit and get a signal through them and.....
WOW, what a glorious selection of tones. Crisp, hard edged from the Pearly Gates bridge, smooth juicy squelchy driven Slash pro neck, and the icing on the cake... A very very passable out of phase Peter Green tone. I could not believe just how good it is in fact. I already have a Vintage distressed Peter Green/Gary Moore LP copy, and another LP copy fitted with Bareknuckle PG Blues, so you can probably guess where my tonal inspiration comes from, and this is genuinely a match for either of them. I was originally expecting that I would end up taking the Slash apart and flipping the magnet, as we are repeatedly being told that changing the phase of the magnets is not the same as doing it via wiring options, but I am delighted with the results so far. Such a range, and some of the best tones on tap.
Just remains for me to thank you once again for your very generous assistance. You are a genius, and I have a guitar that I cannot imagine I will ever part with.... it's that good... though I think those naughty volume pots are destined to be discarded sometime in the very near future!
