Wiring Query/ maybe grounding

I have submitted my wiring diagram (a bit messy), as i have just put new pots and a cap in my Ibanez and replaced all the old wire. It works fine but i have a humming noise, and whenever i touch something metal it disappears; but not completely. Is there anything wrong?

P.S I know my Tone pot is wired backwards, i just like it better that way.

Everything *appears* in order, you will get some noise unless your body is in contact with the ground on the instrument (bridge, strings, metal knobs or switches, etc). The only thing I would ditch would be that extra ground connection on the tone pot, it's an unnecessary load that serves no purpose.

Thanks Kent, i suppose i only notice the humming when i am not in contact with anything on the guitar, and my amp is fairly loud and i am also in quite close proximity to it. Yeah i thought that ground was a bit pointless when i was doing it. I was using a les paul schematic, but forgeting that the cap goes to ground on the Ibby and not vol - tone like the LP.
