Wiring question

Alright, I'm finally installing my SH-6B and SH-2B in my V, but when I opened up the guitar, the wiring was completely different than what the SD schematics had shown for wiring new pups. It showed the red wire going to where the black wire would be, totally different grounding points, everything was different. Is it supposed to be like that?

I've decided that I'm probably taking it in now, but it'll cost me up the ass now. Thanks, Epiphone, you made my life a whole lot harder.

Not really. Just remember, you're taking out one set of wiring, and replacing it with another. Ignore whats in there now. Rip it out. And just wire according to the SD diagram.
