Wiring Suggestions (HS-2 / SSL5 / SSL5 RWRP)

Currently I have a Dimarzio HS-2 in the neck and stock in the middle and bridge of a Squire I have.

I recently ordered a SSL-5 and a SSL-5 RW/RP for the mid and bridge.

Looking for idea's on how to write this. Currently I have a 5 way switch and 250k pots.

Since the HS-2 is a 4 Conductor not sure if I will need to reverse polarity to work with the SSL-5s? Reading the documentation it looks like I would have to add a push pull switch to take advantage either the dual sound or coil tapping modes of the HS-2. Has anyone tried this?

Also with the RW/RP SSL-5 would that be wired any differently then a normal pickup in the middle position?

The RWRP will be wired the same (i.e. black = ground, white = hot) so you won't have to wire it inversely to get the Strat 2 and 4 tones. That's Reverse Wound/Reverse Polarity, just like a middle pickup should be.

There is a diagram where the bridge humbucker will split when in position 2 (Bridge + middle)

However, if you wanted the humbucker split when used by itself as well, then you'd need a push/pull.

An interesting possibility is to use a push / pull to add neck + bridge and all 3 pups selections:

Now, I'm confused by the green wire coming off of the push/pull. Is it a ground? It looks like it is connecting to the jumper position on the 5 way (and what is the purpose of the jumper connection on a 5 way?) I understand that the red wire from the push/pull to the 5 way is connecting the pickup.

Since these SSLs with provide hum cancellation in the 2 and 4 position is it a good idea to shield the bridge pickup with copper tape for the 5(?) position?
