Thanks guys...well combinator2 to control the effectschain, CM comp for clean, CM Surf Trem for tremolo, old Ibanez CP-835 comp with the dirty stuff, first drive is the DC-Drive, then I change to the AMT Dist-station later on, for just that hair of more sustain on the notes. delay is my seablue Echotone.
Into a couple of eqs, then into that dratted modded Marshall DRP-1(really need to retire it soon)straight into the soundcard, used Nuendo 2 as usual, a reverbplugin and recorded with two identical tracks, one with reverb and such, the other just the guitar and everything from the combinator.
Used my SA 160 with the JB/Demon hybrid, and a pair of J-200 stacked noiseless pickups.
The Marshall is the weak link and needs to go soon!!
I am on the hunt for a good homerecording amp....either I buy one or get our resident tubewiz to build me a 5 watts head!
