I doubt it, but I was thinking about a PAF Pro bridge, Hot Rails middle, and Super Distortion Neck. Would that work? Or would I have to flip the PAF Pro and the SD?

Using those two humbucker two choices ... SD in Bridge, PAF Pro in neck, or SD wired in parallel in neck, and PAF Pro in bridge ... I think you'd get better results though with the Paf Pro in neck and SD in bridge output and tone wise.
