Lately i've been working on a new solo project thats just me and a Boss RC-50. I was wondering would if work if I went into a A/B box with "A" being from my amp and "B" into a D.I box for acoustic and then have the other input into my pedal board?

I'm confused.

I know an A/B box can go two directions - one source in A, the other in B, Output to amp, or one in the middle and A out to one amp and B out to another amp/mixer/etc, but I can't figure out what you're asking.

The RC50 goes into "A", the acoustic DI goes into "B", and then what?

I certainly wouldn't recommend running an amp into the A/B box, as you seem to be saying.
