You shouldn't be looking at your guitar anyway.DeadSkinSlayer3 said:Hooo boy...Can you imagine being onstage and screwing up because you caught a glimpse of a flasher during a solo?

I beg to differ. While what you say about being regarded as a 'classic' guitar company if they stuck to solid colors and bursts is correct, all of the graphics just add more to the 80's shredder guitars. I love em! Unique! And always nice to have as an option.Gearjoneser said:Pretty cool looking but it screams 'Gazzaris on the Sunset Strip' circa 1985.
Finishes like that always appear cool at first, but you'll get sick of it fast, then have a hard time selling it, since it's always dated to a certain year. I guess they're trying to bring it back this year. If Jackson would only stick to good solid colors, they'd be taken more seriously as a classic guitar company....at least that's my opinion.
They make such killer guitars, but they date themselves so badly.....Anyone looking for a pink one?, a Tron graphic? Lightening bolts? Stripes? Can you imagine how much better Jacksons would fare in the used market if they ditched that dated crap?
