I am looking for a fairly good condition Epi LP 56 Goldtop reissue. Fairly good condition would mean their are no paint chips (light surface scratches are ok), no obvious damage to the guitar (no holes that should not be there, no cracks, no ridiculous warping on the neck that can't be fixed) and no stickers anywhere. The frets should still be in at least playable condition, they don't have to be perfect, but I don't want anything that's going to cost me more than $100 to fix.
If you are not sure which model the 56 reissue is it's the one with the P-90, or soapbar pickups.
Depending on the condition of the guitar, I am willing to pay anywhere from $200 to $300 for one of these. I got that number by searching Ebay's completed listings on this same guitar and finding almost perfect condition 56 reissues for around $275 (giving me a fair market value estimate).
If you had one that was in need of some major repairs, like all new frets or even a new neck I would be willing to consider it at $250 minus the cost of the reapir.
