WTB: Fender American Strat neck

Re: WTB: Fender American Strat neck

I have an American-made Warmoth Strat neck that I would let go for relatively cheap...

Re: WTB: Fender American Strat neck

Umm had it made in 2003. It's got the Warmoth 'boat' neck and the Warmoth compound radius, so it's 10" by the nut and 16" by the neck joint. It's got the 50's small Strat headstock finished in black, with black Gotoh tuners already installed. Can post pix tonite.

I really like the feel of this neck and was planning on using it for a Telecaster soon but I could use the cash too. I'm thinkin $270 with the tuners, $245 without?

Black headstock? I'll pass.

Hey, good wood is good wood. Frets are beefy and it's straight as an arrow. I rolled the fingerboard edges myself. Mighty Mite is either US or Japan.

hahah we're just offerin what we got man, beggers can't be choosers and all that :friday:

What if I sand the black off first? Still passin?

I'm not begging. I've got time.

Sorry, but I'm not going to take disfigured guitars (black headstock, why oh why?) or Chinese garbage (when I specifically state MIA).

You could scrape the black paint off, but then the headstock would be unfinished. Your price is too high regardless, especially for having a black headstock (or a bare one without finish if you scraped it off).
