Yeah, so I'm wanting a Tele. I don't have a high post count here but I've been registered since 2005. I frequent GearSlutz, Birds and Moons, and also use The Gear Page to look for gear sales. I also have perfect eBay feedback under this same user name. I use this user name everywhere, actually.
Anyway, I'm looking for one of the Tele models mentioned in the title. Both have binding. The '62 has top and back binding while the Deluxe has top binding only. I'm leaning more toward the Deluxe because I really like the S-1 switching on it.
I'm not much of a fan of solid colors unless it's white. I also prefer rosewood fretboards.
I might also consider the right American Tele. Just depends.
