WTB- Interface

Anyone have a decent interface they're not using?
My 2i2's usb out port got damaged. It served me well until this happened, so maybe someone has one laying around? Or something else.

How do you mean "damaged"? The 2i2 is my favorite interface. It can be repaired. In the mean time, I've got a Line 6 Pod Studio GX that will get you through the night.

The other night, I tripped over the usb cable. I thought it just pulled out of the interface, but when I tried using it the next day I noticed the little prongs inside were all bent to hell.


Terrible pictures, but my phone would not focus on it.

I do have an old M-Audio that doesn't work anymore. I could take it apart and see if I can change the USB ports over.

As long as the pin-outs are the same and you're REALLY careful it should be fine. A lot of those things use surface mount components that tend to be both tightly packed and rather heat-sensitive.
