Angela Instruments has them in their ebay store here for $4.99 plus $2.99 shipping, also in their regular store here for $12.99 plus $10 shipping.
I bought my last few from Stewmac here. They are $4.34 each, or $3.47 each for 6 or more. You might have to go through the motions of ordering to find out the shipping costs. When I bought them I hadn't seen them in Angela's ebay store and I wanted several so I bought 6 from Stewmac.
