JUST TESTING THE WATERS:
I have an MIM '04 Fender Tele and the neck is beefy. It says on the specs it's a C-shape but my hands feel it to be more like a U-shape. It has a 9.5" fretboard radius, so it's a perfect balance between rhythm heaven and bending central. I don't play many leads but I haven't fretted out on this guitar before. It's a one piece maple neck with a rosewood skunk stripe, It has a few small tiny little dings, only one being on the back of the neck and I just found it now, never felt it when playing. The maple is an extremely straight grain, is rock hard, and is nice and resonant.
I'm looking a for a a Tele neck with with a shape closer to a Strat C-shape, with either a 7.25" or 9.5" radius. No rosewood fretboard necks (to me, a rosewood fretboard on a Tele is just wrong). Preferably an Ontarian trader to eliminate need for shipping.
