WTT: MIA Peavey bass or classical for modeler

Old 80's Peavey Foundation MIA bass. It's a j-bass copy with a flamey neck. The guys over at the talk bass forum told me not to even think of replacing the pickups.

I need a POD or something similar. I really dig the bass, but my V-amp is dying. If you're not into the bass, I also have a Washburn classical.
