Before anyone else asks. This is a 2006 MIA Standard Tele body, not hwy1.
I'm looking to Trade my 2006 3-tone Sunburst MIA Telecaster body, for another Tele body in a different color. Prefer MIA, or Warmoth. I just hate sunburst and after 2 years of trying to like it, I've decided I'll never be happy with a guitar that I hate the finish of. So yeah, I'm lookin to trade.
Its the standard MIA tele body, Alder, thinish finish, routed for a tele bridge, neck bucker and middle single coil. Theres been no routes added, no modifications to the body what so ever actually. Its an extremely resonant body, and the guitar actually sounds GREAT as it is. I just hate sunburst, and the finish is keeping me from really Loving the guitar...so Its gotta go.
Its got the standard Buckle rash on the back, and a few dings here and there (which I TRIED to show in the pictures but most wouldn't photograph). None of the dings, go through the finish. And honestly chances are you wouldn't notice any of them unless you were Looking for them.
The most noticeable ding/dent on the body is On the edge in the Front, on the upper waist in line with the bridge. I tried to get a picture of it, but it wouldn't show up. But in person ya can see it if you look really hard, and if you run your fingers on the edge, you can definitely feel it. Its honestly not noticeable, but it is there, so I wanted to point it out.
Any other dings, dents, or scratches that I was able to get to show up in the Pics, are circled in red. And I also tried to get a good shot of the buckle rash, but it didn't turn out to well.
As far as what I'm looking for as a trade...I'd prefer another MIA, a MIJ , Or Warmoth body. I'd also accept a MIM Classic Series body (in white blonde, Black, or any of the 60's Double bound bodys).
Gotta be Alder, Ash, or Mahogany. I'd love a dual hum body, but standard routes are fine as long as the finish is right. Double bound would be awesome, but I'm not THAT picky, haha. Gotta be String through. Absolutely no Burst/Dyed/Trans Finishes. If you can see wood Grain, then I wouldn't want it...Unless its white blonde.

I'm not really all to interested in selling it outright, I'd prefer to do a straight trade for another body. But if you really wanna buy it, feel free to send me an offer, worst I can do is say no.
