Who plays this monster? I put one in my flying V copy today and it nailed the heavy overdriven grunge/punk tone I was going for.

I do! it's in my dedicated metal guitar. Does fantastic at thrash, black, death metal.

But even doing rock-ish overdriven or distorted tones, it's pretty awesome. I just never expect it to get to that crystalline "on the edge of breakup" kinda sound, cuz it's just too damn powerful lol

Really kickass pickup though.

Early on, Steve Vai. A few other folks who's names slip my mind at the moment. If you need lots of voltage into the amp without lots of mud, it's still the one to use.
