The white, with black guard, black trem. Whether or not it's H/H or S/S/S is up to you.

+1 but keep the pg straight black..not pearloid (I don't do pearloid)

throw a couple reverse slant single coils in the mid and neck, w/ the HB and you've got Jake's charvel..oh and a hardtail..LOL

Well I'm on a budget for a strat project so I'm probably going to snag a body from the warmoth showcase cheap now that they have a couple of white ones in. The neck I'm going to have made is going to cost me about $300 then another couple hundred for all the electronics and hardware and such.

here's another possiblity, some sort of anodized or dark aluminum pickguard:

How about that, but black body? That would look best, although I know you want a white body...

I say nº 5 or 6, depending on what type of pickups you want.

I'm not diggin' the neck on this G&L. Nor the thickness of the neck at the pocket. Makes for harder higher access. Aside from that the guitar is f'in awesome. It'll be gone before the end of the week though. Down the road I'll be looking at G&L's again though, I'm impressed as hell with their build quality.

IMO, #5 is the best for a few reasons
a) I don't like chrome hardware on a white strat... EWWW... black looks coolest
b) It's got 3 single coils as opposed to 2 humbuckers... I think a Strat is made for single coils... humbuckers belong in other guitars.. strat copies
c) I like white bodies like that!

why not just put a warmoth neck on the G&L and sell the G&L neck to offset the cost a bit?

i piked six. I prefer any three single coil over two buckers. That makes it more a true strat.
