I think the easiest playing Gibson for small hands is the original 67 Flying V. It has a thinner width at nut than all Gibsons at about 1.5" http://www.nosguitar.com/guitars/67flyingv/index.html
The originals like above anyway. Dont know if the reissues got that part right.
