I voted humbucker bridge, but I think all positions in a dual humbucker guitar can sound sweet. I love the soft sound of a neck bucker with some chorus, and sometimes two split buckers acting together. I also like the bridge single coil sounds from a strat, and on occasion the singing tones of a neck single. It all depends on what you want, I guess.
