Yup another Pot question.

Long time no post,hope everyone is well. Finally got around to putting Mean 90s and new wiring in my Strat. The pots are the brass shaft Alphas from Guitar Fetish. 500k audio for volume linear for tone. Treble bleed too. Caps are Mallory 150s .022. Everything is amazeballs!!!! Except the tone pots seem to do nothing from 2-10, 0-2 get dark but not muddy and almost cocked wah like. 1 volume 2 tones. pickups go to 3 way blade switch and then to the tone pots. Would going to pots first help? Or shoukd i just go to audio taper? Look forward to any help you fine folks can suggest.

My personal experience with linear Alphas that they should never be used as tone pots. Try a different linear brand or try exchanging volume and tone pots, I like linear volumes!
