  • Gear you forgot: Boss ME-5! Niiice...

Y'know, you think you've moved on. The gear gets dusty, and kinda packed away. One day you plug it in, 'cause you're in that kinda mood...

And you re-discover a forgotten little gem...

Mine, for this fortnight, is a Boss ME-5 multiFX. Bought it a few years ago, for the price of a movie ticket. And it is GREAT!

    No real question/point...
Nice to hear if anyone has had a similar "re-discovery", instead of selling up
    Yeah!

Friend let me borrow one. It was freakin great for everything but distortion and even that was decent for church stuff! I used one in my effects loop for all kinds of effects for about a year. Then an RP1(junk) and now a zoom gfx 1.

i love mine for cheesy delay and too much chorus and compression stuff! The overdrive is acceptable, and the distortion is very 80's ish. But a solid, well thought out piece of gear....for a nearly 20 years old!
      Yeah!
