Modern Lead 70 in a PRII ?

i have three 12" speakered amps.

the Peavey Triumph 60 has a Modern Lead 70.

the PRII needs a speaker.

was thinking of trying the Modern Lead 70 in the PRII. both are 8ohm speakers.

what do you think i will get ? does anyone foresee any problems ?

i also have a dead Crate Vintage Club (small tan) that has a 12"speaker. but it is 16 ohms. what can i do with it ?

Try it, only your ears matter when looking for different sounds.

oh. i was just wondering if there would be any problems (like blowing something up) if i tried the Modern Lead 70 in the PRII and i was wondering if it were possible to use the 16 ohm Vintage Club Speaker in the 8 ohm PRII - if thereś some kind of power attenuator or something for these purposes.
