I want to change the OT in my Blackheart HD15h. To be specific, I want a wider frequency range.
I've been digging through websites for days now, and this is what I have found.
Before suggesting Hammond or Mercury, this amp didn't cost much. I don't want to spend that much on one.
My question is, will the OT in the link work for this amp?
The numbers on the stock transformer are:
0-8k ohms, in
75-7k Hz
with 16, 8, and 4 ohms, out.
I run the amp at 16 ohms, so the one 16 ohm out, will work for me.
I'm thinking the one in the link is right. I just need a little confirmation.
